Pamela Anne Smallwood, 68, of Barco, died November 8, 2021. She was predeceased by husband Thomas Smallwood, parents Evelyn and Harold Runkle, sister Rhonda and brothers Frank and John. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio.

Survivors include daughter Erica A. Giustina; son Tommy Smallwood; sisters Sherry Watkins, Sheena Wellington, Memory Burkitt and Princess Zipeke and other extended family and friends.
