Louise Davenport Phelps, 89, of Pantego died on Friday, November 9 at her residence. Mrs. Phelps was born February 15, 1929 in Washington County.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 14 at 1 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Phillip Paul and Lloyd Davis officiating.  Family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service and other times at the residence.
