Hyde County Hotline’s End of Summer Beach Blast on Ocracoke is set for September 23 at the Berkley Barn, located at 58 Water Plant Road. The gate opens at 1 p.m.

This event will feature music from DJ JM, Jetstream Band from 2:30-4 p.m. and Riva Breez Band from 6-9 p.m. Highlights also include kids’ activities, a free throw basketball contest, Icee stand and silent auction.

Entry fees are $20 and include bands and DJ photo ops. Meals are $20 and include barbecue and barbecue chicken plate.

Photo and autograph opportunities with UNC great Phil Ford will also be available.
