Season of giving at The Elizabethan Gardens

Jennette’s Pier education curator Christin Brown, left, and Tamara Hughes, gift shop manager at The Elizabethan Gardens on Roanoke Island, stand with the memorial Lilly tree.

Donated funds go to camper scholarships at the pier, which was Lilly’s favorite thing to do on summer break.

The Lilly tree is just one of 15 decorated trees provided by non-profit organizations inside the Local Giving Hall at the Odom Hall. Consider making a donation to one of them this holiday season while visiting the Gardens’ WinterLights.
