Lauren Bosley named Employee of the Month for Outer Banks Health

Lauren Bosley has been named the Outer Banks Health Employee of the Month for April 2023.

Bosley joined Outer Banks Health in November 2021 and has been exercising her kindness, teamwork and safety skills towards her patients and team members.

“She is consistently working to improve and learn new treatment methods and styles,” stated Outer Banks Health in the award announcement. “Lauren has also provided many educational opportunities among team members. She has worked tirelessly to establish a therapy presence among all disciplines in the acute setting.”

Bosley also worked with other rehab team members to develop the “Sunshine Committee” to plan meaningful team opportunities. As her fellow team members say “Lauren is so special; her entire person is made of compassion and empathy.”
