Nice catch: Virginia man catches nice sea mullet in Nags Head

Ken Carlton, of Williamsburg, Va., caught this nice sea mullet on shrimp while bottom fishing on Jennette’s Pier in Nags head Tuesday morning, Nov. 5.

The pier was busy with anglers also catching bluefish and spot.

Surfers were making the most of some decent swells rolling in and the pier was hosting a blood drive by the American Red Cross out of Hampton Roads.
