Henry Edward Brinkley Jr., aged 73, passed away on October 25, 2024, in Dare County. Born on August 25, 1951, Henry dedicated 35-plus years of his life as a Union Iron Worker “Local 79”, showcasing his commitment and skill in his craft.

Henry was a man of many interests, including hunting, fishing, and photography, each of which allowed him to express his love for the outdoors and capture the beauty of nature.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Sharon Brinkley; son, Chase Brinkley (wife Kelly); step-daughter, Linda Auston (husband Ken); and grandchildren, Michelle and Blake Brinkley as well as Hanna and Zack Payne. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Brinkley Sr. and Vera Brinkley.
