Employee-owned engineering company WithersRavenel announces the acquisition of Quible & Associates, P.C., (Quible), an engineering firm based in Powells Point.

Founded in 1959, Quible’s mission and focus on client-centric service while conserving natural resources and building more resilient communities integrates seamlessly with WithersRavenel’s core values and client-centered project approach, noted the announcement of the acquisition.

The acquisition of Quible allows WithersRavenel to expand further into northeastern North Carolina and the Outer Banks, better serving existing clients across those regions, stated the announcement.

“With decades of expertise concentrated in environmental services and a range of successful civil engineering and site development projects, Quible’s skilled and experienced workforce will continue to benefit local clients while benefiting WithersRavenel projects across the state,” the announcement continued.

With this new alignment of firms, WithersRavenel’s service lines will expand to include living shoreline and other coastal development and project services.
