Janice Lee Kedzierski, 79, of Kill Devil Hills, died August 3, 2024 at the Outer Banks Health Hospital. She was born January 25, 1945 in Buffalo, NY.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service. Memorial donations may be made to the Outer Banks SPCA (obxspca.org).
