Ronald Thomas O’Neal Jr., 72, of Ocracoke, died July 23, 2024. He was born September 21, 1951 in Morehead City.

In keeping with Ronald’s wishes, there will be no service at this time. Memorial donations may be made to the Ocracoke Working Watermen’s Association.
