Fire Captain James Moseman stands proudly as Nags Head’s Board of Commissioners recently commemorated him for 20 years of dedicated service to the town.

According to Fire Chief Randy Wells, Moseman’s steadfast dedication and unwavering commitment have left an enduring imprint on the community.
