Doris Owens Griffin, 90, of Poplar Branch, born October 24, 1933, died February 21, 2024 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on February 25 at Poplar Branch Baptist Church in Grandy. Visitors will be received following the service. Burial will take place in Poplar Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to Poplar Branch Baptist Church, PO Box 247, Grandy, NC 27939.
