Stephen Vincent Hansford, MSGT (Ret), 76, of Elizabeth City, died June 8, 2023. He was born February 9, 1947 in South Charleston, West Virginia. He was a veteran of the US Air Force.

Celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. on June 15 at Twiford Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends the hour prior to the service.
