The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce, along with Ribbon Cutting Sponsor ACE Hardware, held a ribbon cutting on August 25 for Artography by R&D, located in Kill Devil Hills.
John Denny, diplomat and business development manager at ACE Hardware, joined with Artography owners Diana and Rachel Saddlemire for the grand opening. “At Artography by R&D, we know exactly what makes a good shot.
