Five Dare County employees were recognized with a service pin presentation at the Dare County Board of Commissioners meeting in June. Shown, from left, are Veronica Brickhouse, Kristen Burritt, Andrian “Sweet Pea” Tillett, Helene Taylor and Dorothy Hester.

Brickhouse, library branch manager II for the Dare County Library (Manteo branch), received her 30-year pin.

Kristen Burritt, emergency medical technician paramedic for the Dare County EMS Department, received her 10-year pin.

Andrian “Sweet Pea” Tillett, permit specialist for the Dare County Planning Department, received her 30-year pin.

Helene Taylor, administrative specialist for the Dare County Transportation Department, received her 20-year pin.

Dorothy Hester, master public information officer for the Dare County Public Relations Department, received her 25-year pin.
