Betty Jo Boutot, 79, of Fort Meyers, Florida and formerly of the Outer Banks, died in Florida January 10, 2022 of natural causes. Sons Scott Noble and Brad Noble will hold her memorial service at Gallop Funeral Chapel, Nags Head on July 7, 2022 3:30 p.m. A full obituary is pending.
