Manteo High School students Shyanne Henry, Violet Gonzalez and Isabella Blouir drew winning posters in the Career and Technical Education Art Contest. They are joined by Superintendent John Farrelly and school board member David Twiddy at December’s meeting of the Dare County Board of Education.
