Isaac “Ikey” Delano O’Neal Jr., of Ocracoke, died May 17, 2021 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. Ikey was born in Sea Level. He was the son of the late Louise Tolleson O’Neal and the late Isaac D. “Ikey D” O’Neal Sr.

He is survived by daughter Lucy Louise O’Neal, uncle Lewis Tolleson III and aunts Judy Garrish and Linda Gaskill. He was preceded in death by aunt Maxine Mason.

A celebration of life will be held at the Life Saving Church – Ocracoke Assembly of God on August 28 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Ivey Belch officiating.
