Master Sergeant Vincent Stewart Devlin, USAF, Retired, 93, of Harbinger, died November 26, 2020 at home.

Born in Bennington County, VT on March 1, 1927, he was the son of the late Mabel Olive Devlin Palmer and Patrick John Devlin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight siblings.

Vincent is survived by wife Ruth Elizabeth Krell Devlin; daughter Linda Sicley (Allen); sons Kenneth Devlin (Denise) and Chris Devlin (Cathy Humphries); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister Agnes Carpenter.

A funeral with military honors was held December 1 at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo with Pastor Steve Siegrist officiating.
