Cidney Phillips Webster, born in West Chester, Pa. 11-23-37, went to heaven 9-25-2020.

She made Hatteras Island home in 1979. She was preceded in death by her father William Phillips and mother Amelia Jones, a son Terry Webster and daughter Jackie Fulghum.

Left behind to cherish all the wonderful memories and laughter are her husband Jack B. Webster, her sister Marianne Royal, sister-in laws Peggy Gray, Lottie Kaufman, Alice Simunick and brother-in-law Larry Webster.

Her children Brian, Glen, Bruce, Alyson, Brenda, Angela, Billy, Michael and special daughter Rosie, as well as 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandkids.

Cid loved her husband with a love we all hope to have. She was caring and supportive of all her children and grandchildren whether they were blood or not. She loved the sun, beach and a good book. A memorial service is being planned for October 9th.

She attended Little Grove Methodist Church in Frisco.  Memorial donations may be made to the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation or Little Grove Church.
