If you’re looking for delicious recipes for the vegetables you’ve grown, the N.C. Cooperative Extension in Currituck has the class for you.

On April 23 from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., the Adult Container Salad Greens class will focus on how to create beautiful and edible container gardens filled with numerous salad greens. The second half of the class will teach how to prepare healthy and delicious lunches cut straight from a container garden.

Lunch, a container garden and all the recipes are included in the $20 class fee. Class size is limited and full registration, including payment, is required to hold a spot. Class registration and payment is available at adultcontainersaladgreens.eventbrite.com.
