The three regular rural mail carriers at Columbia Post Office were awarded Safe Driver pins on Feb. 20. The entire Columbia Post Office staff was accident-free throughout 2019. The mail carriers recognized were Susan Davenport, 14 years safe driving, Tracy Spencer, two years and Missi Liverman, 15 years.
