The commercial fishing vessel “Perseverance” out of Beaufort rocks and bobs as it slips by the end of the Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head Friday afternoon while pulling its shrimp nets. There were right around 17 shrimp boats were working parallel to shore at the time.
