Edward Leonard Frazier, 95, of Kill Devil Hills, died January 7, 2020. A full obituary is pending at this time.

Plans for Mr. Frazier’s funeral and burial in the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery are forthcoming.
