The Dare County Sheriff’s Office has reported that on January 3, 2020, DCSO A District deputies conducted a search warrant on a residence in the 100 Block of Eagle Drive in Colington.

The search warrant was a result of community complaints about the residence. During the search of the residence an amount of cocaine was located, according to DCSO.

Mary Nicole Midgett, 32, was arrested for felony possession of cocaine and felony maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.

Midgett was released on a $5,000 secured bond.
