The Dare County Public Facilities Corporation will meet at 4 p.m. on Dec.16 in the Board of Commissioners Conference Room, Room 185, Dare County Administration Building, 954 Marshall C. Collins Dr. in Manteo.

The purpose of the meeting is to appoint certain new officers.

To be appointed are Cheryl Anby as secretary, replacing Gary Gross, and Janet Midgette as assistant secretary, replacing Janice Williams. The group will also review and approve minutes of the previous meeting and any and all matters as may be considered necessary and relevant.

Gary Gross and Janice Williams have retired.
