Currituck County holiday parade participation wanted

Individuals and organizations can be a part of the Annual Currituck County Holiday Parade, which will take place on December 6 beginning at 7 p.m. This year’s theme is “A Disney Christmas.” Participants are encouraged to include their favorite Disney characters and movies as part of their float.

Anyone can participate. A $20 entry fee to have a float judged is optional. Judges will award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and Most Original. Parade organizers encourage antique cars, motorcycles, car trailers, livestock and pets, walkers, mascots, but not live Santas.
