Raymond Edward Nuckols, 72, of Rodanthe, died October 22, 2019.

Born in Richmond, Va. on June 30, 1947, he was the son of the late Ruby Hastings Nuckols and Clyde D. Nuckols.

Raymond served his country honorably in the United States Navy.

Survivors include sister Carol Barton of Chesterfield, Va.

In keeping with Mr. Nuckols’ wishes, there will be no service at this time.
