The Dare County Friends of Youth mentoring program has named High Cotton Barbeque as their Sponsor of the Month for October.

Friends of Youth program coordinator Shannon Glaser recently presented a certificate of appreciation to Will Thorp, owner of the Kitty Hawk eatery.
