Currituck County released the following updated information about entry into its Outer Banks beach communities:

At this time, Priority 1 essential personnel, Priority 2 business passes and permanent residents are being allowed entry into Corolla and Carova.

Beginning at noon on Sunday, September 8, non-resident property owners are allowed access.

Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, visitors will be allowed access.
