Scholarship funds presented by Elizabeth City Morning Rotary Club

The College of The Albemarle (COA) Foundation, along with other institutions in the area, were recently presented with scholarship funds at the Elizabeth City Morning Rotary Club.
The Rotary Club scholarship funds are given annually to students who meet the specific requirements of each award.
