Polls are open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Board of Elections, Dare County Administration Building, Manteo; Thomas A. Baum Senior Center, Kill Devil Hills; and Fessenden Center Annex, Buxton. Primary is July 9, 2019.
