Rosemarie Doshier, a long-time resident and REALTOR® on the Outer Banks, has been inducted into the NC REALTORS® Hall of Fame. She was one of only two REALTORS® selected out of 57,000 members across 43 associations, noted a news release from the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (OBAR). This Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes only those who have made exceptional contributions to the real estate profession at the local, state, and national levels.
Doshier “has been a REALTOR® since 1987, a designation that reflects her commitment to the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and service,” noted the release. Locally, she has twice served as president of OBAR. In 2014, she received OBAR’s Career Achievement Award, and in 1995 and 2023, she was recognized as OBAR’s REALTOR® of the Year. Alongside her daughter Stephanie Doshier, she owns and operates The Doshier Team OBX, a trusted name with 35 years of experience serving clients across the Outer Banks.
Doshier has also served as the NC REALTORS® Region 1 vice president and held leadership roles with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Residential Real Estate Council.
“Rosemarie exemplifies the dedication and professionalism that define our industry,” said Richard Tolson, president of OBAR. “I know Rosemarie personally, and this award is so well deserved. Her induction into the NC REALTORS® Hall of Fame is a testament to her positive influence not only here on the Outer Banks but also across all of North Carolina.”
Doshier’s induction “recognizes her decades of advancing the profession, mentoring new agents, and advocating for property rights. Her leadership and commitment continue to inspire REALTORS® and strengthen the Outer Banks real estate community,” the release continued.
