Kids in America ’80s tribute band coming to COA Performing Arts Center

College of The Albemarle’s (COA) Performing Arts Center (PAC) is turning back the clock to the ’80s with a concert by Kids in America on Saturday, November 16 at 7 p.m. The COA Performing Arts Center is located at 1208 N. Road Street in Elizabeth City.

“Kids in America promises an unforgettable trip to the ’80s with vibrant costumes and music spanning top hits across genres. The band, featuring a talented lineup of vocalists, offers a dynamic and nostalgic experience with something for every music lover,” stated a COA news release announcing the performance.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Kids in America for a night of fun, music, and memories from one of music’s most beloved decades,” said Savannah Winslow, PAC manager.

Attendees are encouraged to embrace their inner ’80s star. “Dress in your best ‘80s-inspired outfits, complete with iconic hairstyles of the decade, to receive a complimentary popcorn and drink during the show,” stated the announcement.
