Cape Hatteras Elementary School kicked off its One School, One Book event with a visit from Wilbur the Pig.
For the month of October, CHES students and staff are reading Charlotte’s Web by E.B. White. All students brought home with their very own copy on Monday.
“Check your bookmark to see the reading schedule and get ready to have some fun,” stated an announcement from the school. “Stay tuned for trivia questions on WCHE morning news, exciting extension activities during the school day, and family home connections too! We are excited for a TERRIFIC month of reading at CHES!”
