Philip Scott Harvey, of Kill Devil Hills, died July 15, 2024 at home. He was born in Greenville on November 3, 1951.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on September 28 at St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea Episcopal Church, Nags Head. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea (abundant.co/saintandrewsobx/give), The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke (tischbraintumorcenter.duke.edu/ways-give-0), or a charity of one’s choice.
