Frances Carolyn Jump Brinn, 81, of Manteo, died June 28, 2024 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was born on July 4, 1942 in Charlotte.

Celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. on July 3 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Nags Head Ward with graveside committal service to immediately follow at Roanoke Island Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to Twiford Funeral Homes to assist with funeral expenses.
