Ryan James Kobylinski, 36, of Hattteras, died June 13, 2024, at home. He was born December 31, 1987 in Elizabeth City.

Celebration of life will be held July 22 at 2 p.m. at the Hatteras Assembly of God Church, Hatteras. A paddle out ceremony is being planned for a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Outer Banks Teen Challenge (outerbanksdarechallenge.org, PO Box 123, Wanchese, NC 27981).
