Charles T. “Chuck” Clark Jr., 54, of Manteo, N.C., passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at his home in Manteo. Charles was born in Elizabeth City North Carolina on July 22, 1969 to Verna Gray Clark and Charles T. Clark Sr. Charles retired from Century Link. Since his retirement he spent time doing things he enjoyed.

Most of all and dearest to his heart was spending time with and taking care of his children whom he adored. He spent time traveling, golfing, surfing and spending time with his friends.

Surviving are his children, Lincoln Cash Clark and Illa Belle Clark and their mother, his mother and father, Verna and Charles Clark, his brother Darrell “Pug” Clark and his wife Tracy and their two children, Caden Clark and Brinli Diflippo and her husband Ben and their son Oliver, his mother-in-law Teresa Crawford, many special cousins, aunts and uncles, and many friends, too numerous to list, some of which are lifetime friends.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
