John Thomas Spagnolo, 72, of Ocracoke Island Village, died May 21, 2024 at home while bravely fighting cancer. He was born April 24, 1952 in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Celebration of life to be held on Ocracoke Island on June 16, 2024.
