The N.C. Ferry System’s Cedar Island-Ocracoke and Swan Quarter-Ocracoke ferry routes have added service and are now on full spring schedules.

As of April 9, the schedules will be as follows:

Cedar Island-Ocracoke: 7:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m.

Ocracoke-Cedar Island: 7:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 4:30 p.m.

Swan Quarter-Ocracoke: 10 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m.

Ocracoke-Swan Quarter: 7 a.m., 10 a.m., 1:30 p.m.

Reservations are highly recommended during the spring. Travelers can make reservations online at ncferry.org or on the phone at 1-800-BY-FERRY.
