Dora Ann Jennette, 86, of Buxton, died October 19, 2023 at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Va. She was born in Hatteras on June 15, 1937.

Private entombment will take place at Roanoke Island Memorial Gardens. Celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Hatteras Island Meals.
