Tyrrell County Schools to dismiss early on Wednesday, hold remote instruction Thursday and Friday

Tyrrell County Schools has announced that, due to the potential inclement weather from the Tropical Storm Watch for eastern North Carolina, August 30, 2023 will be an early release day for students. Students will be dismissed at 1 p.m.

Remote instruction days will be held on Thursday, August 31 and Friday, September 1.

It was noted in the TCS announcement that Superintendent Dr. Karen Roseboro would send out a memo with more details about the remote instruction days.
