Vara Daniels Taylor

Vara “Lenie” Daniels Taylor, of Durham, died March 11, 2023 at home after a long battle with ALS.  She was born in Manteo on October 2, 1961.

The family will have a private graveside service, per her request. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jim “Catfish” Hunter ALS Foundation or the Dare County Library – Manteo branch.
