The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Outer Banks (UUCOB) will hold an art reception  for Gordon Fox Kreplin on Friday, March 10 at 7 p.m. at the UUCOB meetinghouse, located at 831 Herbert Perry Road in Kitty Hawk (on the corner of Herbert Perry and Kitty Hawk Roads). Selected prints and autographed copies of his book Passion and Grace will be available for sale.

This event is free and open to the public.

Kreplin is a guitarist and multimedia artist. He has gained national recognition as a photographer and has won five PPA medals in international competition. Throughout his artistic career, Kreplin has found common elements of rhythm, form and color in music, imaging and poetry. Passion and Grace is a collection of poetry from the 1980s to the present. The photographs chosen for each poem were selected from his many imaging awards for photographic excellence.
