Manteo Rotary hears from Outer Banks Community Foundation speaker

Chris Sawin, president and CEO of the Outer Banks Community Foundation, was the guest speaker during a recent meeting of the Manteo Rotary Club.

The club meets the first and third Mondays of the month at 5:30 p.m. at the new COA building. All are welcome to attend.
