Richard Earl Willis, 61, of Poplar Branch, known as “Dickie” to friends, died November 11, 2021. He was retired from Norfolk and Southern Railroad and preceded in death by his parents, sister and son Clifford Willis. He is survived by two children and eight grandchildren.
