Manteo Rotary Club members Sandy Martin and Al Friedman spearheaded the group’s May service project, making four stops around Manteo to express thanks and appreciation.

They visited the offices of the Town of Manteo; the Dare Council Arts Council; Dare County EMS; and Dare Emergency Management.

“These leaders were thanked for all they do for our community, especially during the pandemic,” stated a Manteo Rotary Club press release. “As a small token of appreciation, each office was given a small basket of candy.”
