The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for Cell Surgeon in Kill Devil Hills.

Richard Hess, chairman of the Chamber board and Realtor at Sun Realty, joined Adam Disbrow, Bryan Chanthavichith and others at Cell Surgeon.

This cell phone repair shop fixes everything from cracked phone and tablet screens to internal repairs.
