Neil Allen Mulkey died unexpectedly at his Manteo residence February 15, 2021. Allen was 53.
Allen’s survivors include wife Cecilia Mulkey; mother Kay Nabers; daughter Erin Mulkey; and son Rodrigo Mulkey. Also surviving are his aunt, uncle, several cousins and other extended family members and friends.
